Oleander Farms is a 180-acre resort in Karjat. An ideal getaway for retreats, weekend breaks, and celebrations. Surrounded by hills, greenery, and lakes, the expansive property offers a lot to explore. To help guests navigate and make the most of their time, we designed a detailed map system that captures the full experience of Oleander Farms at a glance.
Before diving into design, we built a wireframe to map out key areas and create a clear structure. This helped us understand the scale and flow of the space, setting the foundation for the visual system.
To make the map easy to scan, we created a tagging system with colour-coded icons:
Green circles for recreational activities
Ochre circles for restaurants and cafés
Grey circles for utilities This helped group spaces visually and made navigation intuitive for guests.
The illustration style was designed to feel organic and hand-drawn, mirroring the calm, serene mood guests feel when they arrive at the resort.
We illustrated what an ideal day at Oleander could look like, serving as inspiration for guests to build their own.
It includes a space for visitors to jot down their personal itinerary.
We divided the property’s offerings into mood-based sections, helping guests discover experiences that align with how they want to feel - whether it's to unwind, explore, or celebrate.
